The EOP offset is I hit finish and obtain eop and row offsets. Now I want an offset cul-de-sac on the left of the centerline. Then I pick the north end of the centerline and up comes a view of a standard cul-de-sac. I want it offset to the left so in the offset box I put and in the Center R. I hit ok and get a view of the offset lines and a circle. What am I doing wrong.

Make sure you have your local or grid system in Drawing Setup sorted before proceeding further though. If this can't be setup you're working to a arbitrary datum , than you could probably only really place an image by aligning it to known points. That's what I've been using. My trouble is carlson closing google earth as soon as I import the image into the drawing. I never received a notification that anyone replied. I am going to try what has been posted. I am in State Plane everything we do is.
